Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Odoo Junior Implementor / Functional Consultant to join our team in Eastern Province , Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing, configuring, and supporting Odoo ERP solutions across various business functions. You will work closely with end users and the technical team to analyze requirements, propose functional solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in Odoo ERP implementation projects across different modules (e.g., Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Projects, etc.).
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients and document functional specifications.
• Configure Odoo modules based on business requirements.
• Provide end-user training, testing support, and post-implementation assistance.
• Collaborate with the technical team to define customization needs and validate developments.
• Perform data migration, system testing, and troubleshoot functional issues.
• Prepare functional documentation and user manuals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation or support.
• Strong understanding of business processes (Accounting, Sales, Procurement, HR, etc.).
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and on-site with clients.
